How much protein is in Complete?

Each serving of Complete provides 40g of high-quality, plant-based protein from pea and rice sources.

Is Complete low carb?

Yes, Complete contains fewer carbs — however nutritionals may differ depending on flavour.

When should I have Complete?

Complete can be enjoyed whenever you need a quick, nutritious meal — perfect for breakfast, lunch, or post-workout fuel.

Is Complete suitable for vegans?

Yes, Complete is 100% vegan and made with plant-based protein sources.

Can Complete help with weight loss?

Complete can support weight loss by providing easy portion control to help support your goals and manage your calorie intake while still providing nutrition.

Order and delivery questions

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is complimentary on most orders exceeding $55. Orders under this threshold incur a $15 shipping fee.

When will I receive my order?

After shipment, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Progress can also be monitored through account Order History.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled due to rapid processing. Future subscription orders can be managed anytime through your account.

Can I return my order?

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refunds. Customers pay return shipping. Items must remain in original condition. Submit requests through your account or contact support.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

Contact the Customer Experience Team via the Contact Us page, including your order number, issue description, product photos, batch codes, and best-before dates for faster resolution.

My order says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Check with neighbours and safe places first, as parcels may be marked delivered prematurely. If still missing, contact the Customer Experience Team.

My parcel was returned to sender, what happens next?

Contact the Customer Experience Team for assistance with next steps.

Part of my order is missing. Could it have been split into multiple shipments?

Orders may ship across multiple parcels. Check your Shipping Confirmation email for multiple tracking links. Contact support if items remain missing after the estimated delivery window.

Can I make changes to my delivery?

Depending on location and carrier, delivery options may be adjustable. Check your tracking link for specifics or contact us for any questions.

How do I track my delivery?

A shipping confirmation email provides tracking information upon shipment. Check for multiple tracking links if your order arrives in separate parcels.

Account questions

I can't log into my account.

If you lack a full account, create one using your checkout email. If using PayPal or Apple Pay, try alternate email addresses. Contact support if issues persist.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page, enter your email, select "Forgot your password?" and follow the reset link sent via email. Contact support if difficulties arise.

How do I change my address?

For subscriptions, log in, navigate to Subscriptions > Manage Subscription, select your subscription, click Edit next to the shipping address, update details, and save. Update billing addresses through Payment Methods > Edit.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account to update details, skip deliveries, or cancel plans.

Do I need to subscribe to Huel?

Subscriptions are optional. Choose between one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions before checkout. Subscribers receive 20% discounts and retain full control over modifications and cancellations.

How do I amend my subscription?

Log into your account and navigate to Subscriptions > Manage Subscription to adjust products, delivery frequency, shipment dates, or cancel. New users can create accounts using their order email. Contact support for any issues.
